Counselling or coaching?

Can we talk before I book?

It can be hard to know what sort of support will best suit you.  Broadly, counselling seeks to help you explore your feelings and find a path through difficult times, whilst coaching is focused on self-development and attaining specific goals.  If you're not sure which approach would suit you, contact me for a free and no-obligation chat to help you decide.

Absolutely.  I offer a free 15 minute conversation where we can talk about what you're looking for and how we might work together.  It's also an opportunity for you to see if you'll feel comfortable working with me.  If I don't think I'm the right therapist / coach for you I'll explain why and suggest alternatives if possible.

What if it's an emergency?

What does it cost?

Fees are £50 per 50 minute counselling or coaching session, payable in advance.

If you're at immediate risk of harm, call 999 or visit the nearest Accident & Emergency (A&E) Department.

To talk to someone right away, call Samaritans on 115 123 or text SHOUT to 85258. These services are 24 hour, free, anonymous and you'll be listened to without judgment.

You can also call NHS 111 if you need urgent medical advice.
